Kaizen

Nudge yourself towards lasting behavioural change. What do we mean?

One word. Kaizen.

Kaizen, is a Japanese word meaning ‘continual improvement.’ Kaizen philosophy suggests that great and lasting change is achieved not through radical shifts in your behaviour but rather by taking small, consistent and repeatable steps.

It is through tiny deviations in your existing behaviour which leads to successful permanent change. In other words, baby steps are your best friend.

How does it work?

Simple. You start with the smallest modifications.

Want to go to bed at 10 instead of 11 pm? Start by going to bed at 10:50 pm.

Want to include a wellness practice into your routine? Start with a 5-minute mediation.

The idea is to make the change so tiny, it seems insignificant to the mind’s eye and ultimately reduces your potential for resistance.

So consider, what is the first tiny step you can take in the journey to change?
